Born on June 20, 1984 in Sofia.

He obtains his first master's degree in Private and Criminal Law from Sophia Antipolis University, Nice (France) in 2008. A year later (in 2009) he obtains a second master's degree, in Commercial Insolvency Law, from the same university.

In 2010 he is registered as an attorney at law with the Sofia Bar Association. In 2014 he is registered as an industrial property representative with the Bulgarian patent office (BPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). In the same year he is registered as trustee in bankruptcy with the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice.

Since 2011 he has been practicing as an attorney-at-law at Todorov LLP. He specializes in areas such as commercial, corporate and contract law, commercial insolvency, intellectual property, competition, data protection, construction and real estate, litigation, foreign investments.

He possesses an extensive expertise in the field of consultation and legal services to domestic and foreign clients. He advises as well as on large international scale, as well as for growing businesses and start-ups. He is driven to propose business aware solutions based on high qualified legal expertise.
